Using a clean finger (or cover finger with disposable protector), massage gums 2-4x daily with 10 drops or swish 15 drops in mouth for 30 seconds.
Spit out after use. Use after meals & before bed.
* For best results use 3 or 4 times daily after eating and before bed. People who use it overnight report that they have less dry mouth and less "morning breath".
